The Enterprise Law No. 59/2020 / QH14 passed by the XIV National Assembly at the 9th Session had many important reforms with the goal of perfecting the legal framework on corporate governance standards; promote enterprise development, attract capital and resources into production and business; contribute to improving the quality of the business environment.
The Enterprise Law 2020 consists of 10 chapters, 218 articles, and officially takes effect from 01/01/2021. The following table shows the changes in some remarkable contents under the Enterprise Law 2020 compared to Enterprise Law 2014 as follows:
