From April 15, 2020, Decree 28/2020/ND-CP will come into effect, which stipulates administrative sanctions in the field of labor, social insurance, sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad under the labor contract, and replaces Decree 95/2013/ND-CP and Decree 88/2015/ND-CP. Accordingly, the increase in the level of administrative penalties for violations behavior in the labor field aims to protect the interests of employees.
